These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BizPage to WebPage services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
BizPage to WebPage, operated by Full Yield, LLC, may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. We operate two separate messaging programs, each with its own consent checkbox on our website request form:
Message frequency may vary. Opting into one program does not opt you into the other.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize BizPage to WebPage to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt into our text messaging programs, to submit our website request form, and to use our services. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder. We do not knowingly send marketing or service messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that a subscriber is under 18, we will remove that number from all messaging programs.
Providing a phone number is optional. Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default and are entirely voluntary. You may submit our website request form without providing a phone number and without opting into either messaging program, and we will contact you by email instead.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (614) 572-5271. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out of one program while remaining opted into the other by contacting us at the phone number or email address below.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.
